Service Description
Our most thorough interior service designed for vehicles that require significant cleaning due to stains, dirt buildup or extended time between details. This service targets deeper contamination in carpets, seats and interior surfaces using steam, extraction and professional cleaning techniques. Vehicle Size Categories: Car includes sedans, coupes and small hatchbacks. Compact SUV / Truck includes 5 passenger compact SUVs and light duty pickup trucks. XL SUV / Minivan includes full size SUVs, extended length SUVs and minivans. Cargo / Large Van includes high roof cargo vans and large commercial vehicles. Estimated Service Time Approximately 2.5 to 4 hours depending on vehicle size and condition. Service includes: • Complete vacuum including under seats and trunk • Steam cleaning of plastics, vents and tight areas • Carpet and seat shampoo or extraction where required • Deep stain treatment • Leather cleaning and conditioning where applicable • Detailed cleaning of cupholders, trim and crevices • Trunk fully cleaned • Interior protection applied to plastics and trim • Interior glass cleaned Heavy pet hair removal, excessive soil or bio contamination may require additional charges. Additional services such as odor removal, fabric protection and ozone treatment are available. Severely neglected vehicles may require additional time and may be subject to additional charges. Large cargo vans or heavily used work vehicles may require custom pricing.

Cancellation Policy
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Ivan’s Car Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the following: 1. Bookings & Cancellations Appointments must be made through our scheduling system. Cancellations or rescheduling must be submitted at least 12 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a fee. 2. Payments & Taxes All prices listed are before tax, unless otherwise specified during promotions. Taxes are added to credit card and e-transfer payments. We accept major credit cards, debit, and e-transfers. Payment is due at the time of service. 3. Mobile Services Mobile detailing is weather-dependent and requires safe access to your vehicle. Our team must be able to park next to your car. While we provide our own water and power, access to client resources is appreciated. Underground parking may not be suitable unless it contains a car wash bay or adequate lighting. 4. Additional Charges Services that require extra labor, including pet hair removal or odor elimination, may be subject to additional charges. Ozone treatment is available as an add-on for $50. 5. Promotions & Discounts Promotional offers, discount codes, and seasonal deals are subject to specific terms and conditions, including validity dates and single-use restrictions. Discounts apply to in-shop services unless otherwise stated. 6. Gift Certificates Electronic gift certificates are available for purchase through our website store. They can be emailed directly to the recipient or printed at home. Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. 7. Liability & Vehicle Condition We take the utmost care in servicing vehicles; however, Ivan’s Car Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, poor paint condition, or wear that may become more visible after detailing. Clients are responsible for removing personal items before service. 8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising out of services is limited to the cost of the service provided. 9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will apply to future bookings.
