Service Description
A thorough exterior clean using safe professional wash methods. Ideal for regular maintenance, seasonal cleaning or vehicles that need more attention than a basic car wash. Includes a safe hand wash; wheels, tires and wheel wells thoroughly cleaned; door jambs wiped; bug and light road grime removal; exterior glass; tire dressing; and a final touch-up. Estimated time: 1–1.5 hours, depending on vehicle category and condition. Choose your vehicle type for the exact base price and scheduled duration. Paint correction, polishing, clay or iron decontamination are not included. Paint Decontamination, Paint Protection, Engine Bay Cleaning and Exterior Trim Restoration are optional add-ons. Heavy contamination, tree sap, tar, overspray or neglected vehicles may require additional time or custom pricing. Large cargo vans and heavily used commercial/work vehicles require assessment.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Terms & Conditions By booking a service with Ivan's Car Detailing, you agree to the following terms and conditions: • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made within 12 hours may result in the loss of any deposit paid. • Ivan's Car Detailing is a mobile service. Customers must provide a safe and accessible work area with sufficient space around the vehicle for doors to fully open and for our equipment to operate safely. • Access to water and electricity is appreciated but not required. We provide our own water and power when necessary. • Mobile services are weather dependent. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to rain, severe weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances that may negatively affect service quality. • Additional charges may apply for excessive pet hair, heavy staining, excessive dirt, mold, bodily fluids, excessive clutter, or vehicles requiring substantially more time than anticipated. Customers will be notified before any additional work is performed. • Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, cash, and fragile items from the vehicle prior to service. Child seats may be removed if necessary but will not be reinstalled. • While we strive to achieve the best possible results, certain stains, odors, pet hair, discoloration, wear, and damage may not be fully removable. No guarantee is made regarding complete stain, odor, or defect removal. • Ivan's Car Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, defects, stains, discoloration, scratches, paint defects, upholstery damage, electrical issues, mechanical issues, or conditions that become more noticeable during cleaning. • Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 72 hours of service completion. Photographs may be required to assess the concern. Concerns reported after 72 hours may not be eligible for complimentary touch-ups, corrective work, or refunds. • Any claim for alleged damage must be reported within 72 hours of service completion and before any repairs, modifications, cleaning, or third-party work is performed. Supporting photographs may be required. • In the event Ivan's Car Detailing is found liable for any claim, liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided. • By submitting a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
