These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Ivan’s Car Detailing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking or purchasing any service, you agree to the following:

1. Bookings & Cancellations
   Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees may be waived in cases of severe weather, emergencies, or other circumstances at our discretion.
    

2. Mobile Service Area
   Ivan’s Car Detailing operates as a mobile-only service. We currently service Toronto and Mississauga. Appointments outside our standard service area may be subject to an additional travel fee depending on the distance.
    

3. Mobile Service Requirements
   Mobile detailing requires safe and legal access to the vehicle. Clients must ensure our team is able to safely park next to or near the vehicle during the appointment.
   
   We provide our own water and power, though access to client water or power is appreciated when available.
    

4. Underground Parking & Property Access
   Underground parking may be suitable provided the client has approval from building management or security. Clients are responsible for ensuring detailing services are permitted on the property.
   
   Limited lighting, confined spaces, and other environmental conditions in underground garages may affect visibility during the detailing process. While we strive to maintain high quality standards, certain stains, debris, imperfections, or missed areas may be more difficult to identify under low-light conditions.
    

5. Weather & Rescheduling
   As a mobile service, appointments may need to be rescheduled due to unsafe or unsuitable weather conditions including rain, snow, extreme temperatures, or high winds. We will make reasonable efforts to notify clients as early as possible if rescheduling is necessary.
    

6. Vehicle Preparation & Personal Belongings
   Clients are responsible for removing personal belongings, valuables, weapons, cash, and sensitive items from the vehicle prior to service. Ivan’s Car Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced items left inside the vehicle.
    

7. Additional Charges & Unsanitary Conditions
   Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning, including pet hair, heavy staining, excessive dirt buildup, odor removal, biohazards, mold, vomit, human or animal waste, or other hazardous materials may be subject to additional charges or refused service at our discretion.
    

8. Child Safety Seats
   If child seats or booster seats need to be removed during the detailing process, clients are responsible for properly reinstalling and securing them after the service. Ivan’s Car Detailing does not guarantee proper reinstallation of child safety seats.
    

9. Payments & Taxes
   All prices are listed before applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept major credit cards, debit, cash, and e-transfers.
    

10. Promotions & Discounts
    Promotional offers, seasonal deals, and discount codes are subject to specific terms, validity periods, and usage limitations unless otherwise stated.
     

11. Gift Certificates
    Electronic gift certificates are available through our website store. Gift certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service.
     

12. Service Approval
    Clients are encouraged to inspect the vehicle upon completion of service. Once payment has been made, the service will be considered accepted and completed.
     

13. Liability & Vehicle Condition
    We take the utmost care when servicing vehicles; however, Ivan’s Car Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn surfaces, failing trim, loose components, aftermarket installations, electrical issues, or poor paint condition that may become more visible during or after detailing.
     

14. Ceramic Coating & Paint Protection Services
    Ceramic coating durability and performance depend on proper maintenance and environmental conditions. Ivan’s Car Detailing is not responsible for reduced coating performance caused by improper care, automatic car washes, harsh chemicals, neglect, or environmental contamination after the service has been completed.
     

15. Estimated Service Times
    Estimated appointment durations are provided as general guidelines only and may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, weather, and service location.
     

16. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ivan’s Car Detailing’s liability for any claims arising from services provided shall be limited to the total cost of the service performed.
     

17. Changes to Terms
    We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website and apply to future bookings and services.
